Very comfortable hotel. Beds were great not too soft or too firm, pillows were soft, not the hard hotel pillows! Food was not very good though, and the coffee weak. Disappointed that there was no outdoor pool, and that it was Vallet parking only! We parked on the street very close to hotel and got a parking ticket one day, but it still ended up being cheaper than their Vallet Parking! Unfortunately it colored my view of the Sheraton. I'll might find another hotel next time.

The hotel is being renovated, and the soft furnishings of the rooms look very new. Joe was the best, very attentive and had amazing customer service from the moment I arrived! Sneh also helped me load up my luggage and was very professional and courteous. I will be back! Thanks for the experience. The food and starbucks was amazing also.

Conference attendee. Very quick and efficient valet. Great food. Comfortable conference room. Close bathrooms. Great set up for a conference. Would visit again. Clean venue and friendly staff. A+++++++ easy in and out from chisolm trail.
